Sweden trips

Looking forward to 280 students from Stockholm International School in grades 6-10 going on camp. The typical international school student has seen London, Rome, Paris, New York, etc, BUT have they seen the beautiful nature on Öland? Or biked around the walled city of Visby? Or dived off the rocks in Smögen? Taken a ferry to Åland (half way to Finland)? Or bush walked in the rugged north of Sweden? Our students will get a REAL taste of Sweden on these camps (cost covered in the school fees!)
Our graduating students often spoke about their trips within Sweden.

Busy busy

4 super busy days preparing for the new school year on Monday. The school has grown again, with student numbers approaching the highest in the schools 63 year history. Fantastic. Our new staff settling in well and permanent staff rested and ready for a new exciting term.

Our IBDP results were amazing AGAIN. As an open enrollment school, we have an almost 100% pass rate (we are awaiting the results of a re-mark) and a school average score of 34 points, average grade per subject of 5.45. These statistics would measure up well to any IB school around the world. A good reward for the students and staff alike.

I promise to write more soon when the students are back. Can’t wait!
